Synopsis
Home(sick) is a poignant drama with touches of humor that explores identity, belonging, and the meaning of home.
Alex, a successful 40-year-old living in Seattle, returns to his native Argentina searching for connection. There, he meets Felix, a free-spirited artist who challenges everything Alex thought he knew about identity, love, and where we belong.
As relationships unfold and perspectives shift, Home(sick) asks: is home a place, or a feeling?

“Home(sick) was born from my own journey between cultures. Like Alex, I’ve returned home only to realize both the place and I had changed. I wanted to capture that bittersweet realization—where home becomes not a place but a sense of being seen and understood.
Through Alex and Felix, I explore how identity and love intertwine, particularly in the LGBTQ+ experience. This film is my invitation to others who have felt displaced or unseen—to find solace, resonance, and maybe even healing.”
